No family deserves this, ever! Your prayers are needed.
I got this as a bullitin a few minutes ago. Please repost this as either a blog or a bullitin or just link this blog if you must. This family can use all the prayers it can get.
Kristy Reynolds and her husband are parents to a beautiful little baby boy named Kaleb. He is 6 months and 3 days old. A couple weeks ago Kristy picked Kaleb up from home care and noticed something was wrong. She immediately took him to the hospital where he was diagnosed with Shaken Baby Syndrome. He now has meningitis in response the the surgeries on his brain, his body can't regulate his temperature, his heart rate drops every time he is moved, and he has seizures. He is also blind. His sitter shook him so hard that he is in a coma, had to have spinal fluid drained from his brain, and doctors think that if he lives he will be a vegetable for the rest of his life. Brain scans show that his brain tissue is dying and his brain is shrinking. Kristy and her husband refuse this diagnosis and pray for their little boy. I'm asking you to join them in this prayer for Kaleb.

he got shots. he cried HARD for 3 minutes, then calmed down. then i put him in his carseat and by the time we got to the car, he was sleeping :)
we might go see someone about his lazy eye. cause its the lid thats lazy.. his eye functions perfectly like the other one. it runs in the family. so they prolly won't do anything about it.
we can start him on cereal! just ya know, a little bit a day.. once a day for now so he gets used to it. but not cut down on the formula, at all. wooooooo. this should be fun! and messy! i cant wait.( and dont tell me that im going to regret saying that lol)
other than that, he's growing GREAT. he was smiling and kicking and throwing his hands all around lol. he was being silly. his(my) doctor said that he's just such a handsome baby. and his mouth is perfectly shaped, and hes gonna be a "flirt"

now hes awake, and hes not fussy so far :) he was just smiling at me because i was saying "i loooooooooooove you." hehe.
Now he just fell back asleep.

anyone know if places are hiring? im sick of working 2 1/2 to 3 hour shifts for all 6 days that we are open.
that just isnt working out for me, lol.
i want to work like 3-4 times a week.. like 5-8 hour shifts.
seriously.
im gonna start looking soon.
